For anyone seeing this comment in 2012, don't purchase this camera. Get a DSLR instead. I had this for 3 years and enjoyed it with a few issues but nothing beats a DSLR these days.

The T2i munches and digests this cam in quality...but it is as bulky as any DSLR, and manual focusing will hurt your balls. Take a look at couple reviews on both prodcuts!
