Hey........maybe your are dipping the toothpick too deep.........just use the tip of the toothpick!!!!!!
I've been trying to do this for about 3 days now, but eveytime I put the tooth pick in it to make the design all of the nail polish just sticks to it & completely messes up... what am I doing wrong? I'm using room temperatured filtered water & china glaze nail polishes...
