It's a buillon cube, it's a bunch of seasonings and salt packed into a cube. It's just like the packet of seasoning you get in ramen but in a block form.

I just did Omurice! Was delicious but I cannot do the right shape lol. And my egg was brown not yellow, I kept in on a pan too much :(
