Joel Kelsey of Free Press testified at the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights held a hearing on March 21, 2012.
The hearing was about Verizon's proposed deal to buy spectrum from Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and Bright House Networks -- and the marketing arrangements they've made to stop competing against one another.
