I'm thinking it's from 1996, the year "1nce Again" from Beats, Rhymes, & Life was released as a single; Phife used a line from the song in his first verse and said "I used that line in the single out now." They also keep saying "you on point...once again" throughout the whole thing, as if to promote the track and album.
