htts://scpd.stanford.edu/design/ Mark Scharr explores the latest findings in cognitive science and neuroscience that helps explain the thinking behind design thinking. This includes a concept called "pivot thinking" which is the cognitive ability to reframe a problem or move in a new direction.
Excellent video, thank you Stanford for sharing. Excellent source for teaching team members how to identify and overcome framing basis. I often see team members anchored it or emotional invested in their own process or methodology, which prevents them from seeing the big picture. I hope the introduction of the complimentary aspects of convergent and divergent mindsets can alleviate some obstacles.
The latest findings in cognitive science and neuroscience is very helpful. Nice video.
