Excellent video, thank you Stanford for sharing. Excellent source for teaching team members how to identify and overcome framing basis. I often see team members anchored it or emotional invested in their own process or methodology, which prevents them from seeing the big picture. I hope the introduction of the complimentary aspects of convergent and divergent mindsets can alleviate some obstacles.
