I consider Dr. Evans as my spiritual father in the body of Christ even though I have never met him in person. We need Christian who are ready to speak the truth in Jesus' name. God bless Dr. Evans!
she fake
She tried to break Tony, it didn't work because God was speaking through him
Amen Tony Evans!
they spread AIDS. this is fact
Very well said. Mr. Evans is a great man. I was never really opposed to gay marriage till now. From his clear stand point, there really isn't an option. God, our creator, speaks through this man in black and white; clear as the sun light.
the word marriage literally was derived, just like many other words we use today, from the bible sooooooo.....
Chapter what Verse What?
Thank you JESUS! As a Christian I believe in the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman. I agree I do not hate anyone because of there sexual preferences. However I personally have been harassed by people who are in same sex relationships. Mind you NO ONE needs my approval. Its between the Lord and the individual. The Lord will judge and he judges righteously!
I am from South and i do love and respect all my African-American brothers for being Conservative. I mean the evil in this country comes from white left like Feinstein.
Preach Dr Evans, you are my favorite preacher! Never give-up from the Truth. If Dr Evans enters politics 90% of America will vote Dr Evans. Black or white. And Christian.
Amen pastor Evans! The bible should stay in the mouths of the servants of the most high.
The definition of Marriage is : Devoted. A person of the same sex emotionally has the same feelings of devotion as anybody else. Possibly more, since they have been looked down upon and never be allowed the privalge of doing so.
Mike, the same would also and has been addressed into the Heterosexual public social sociality today. Couples married or dating doing "conventional behavior" statements were created such as "Get a room" Became very popular. The "politicaly correct" movement stopped that behavior almost completly.
Just as the operator's manual for your automobile will not suggest you deliberately damage or mistreat you car, the Bible does not suggest behavior which would be a detriment to your life or any one else's who comes in contact with you. That "contact" could be as subtle as someone observing you or hearing you. So, two grown men, in public, to be seen kissing passionately, or cursing in a vulgar and offensive way, has an impact on other people. What children are taught to accept has impact.
What Dr. Evans is trying to illustrate (in my opinion) is that gay marriage is just another expansion of departure from conventional behavior and order in modern society. I do not consider myself to be a devout Christian, however I do respect order in society and core values. To "glorify" something that can be perceived as deviant behavior by the majority of the population is to distract youth from following the patterns of normality which helped society to develop to the point is is today.
Tony Evans...love his preaching...
YES preach, and tell the truth they need to know how the Bible taught us to live.
@6883a927 bravo
@bayarts4u-Jesus did speak on marriage, in Matthew 19. He alluded back to Genesis 2, which speaks of man and woman.
Love my first pastor and my church home! God's truth doesn't change or muddied it is very clear!
God bless u Amen brother
I completely agree with Rev. Tony Evans because he simply explained what the Bible teaches. If the family gets back to where God intended it to be, the family will once again become a powerful institution!!!!
Go for it Rev. Tony. You have put the Biblical mandate on the Institution of Marriage so clearly without mincing words. God Bless you Tony.
