Yes - thanks for posting this video - so many blues and jazz greats have recorded this song and done a super fantastic job, I might add, it's really cool to see the man who penned it performing it.
soul
What distinguishes a blues masterpiece from other blues songs when all blues songs sound the same?
hah nice one =P
Thanks for sharing, Beavis.

Beats the crap out of the Alman Bros.
He played guitar over his head and backwards etc..long before Jimi btw
There's no better blues! This is the one.
This is it. The man who inspired bruthas Gregory and Duane ta play Stormy Monday. T-Bone was da man! --- thanks for postin' this inspirational video. If ya dig these blues, check ours out on youtube as well---johnnyguitar335
Yeah, that's the real Stormy Monday. RIP T-Bone
Anyone know what year this is from?
It cannot be comfortable with the guitar over the wrong shoulder like that. Still, if you're a good enough player it doesn't seem to matter. SRV used to be able to play it behind his back better than I can out front!
I agree with the feeling that just takes you over :) <3
Damn I love the blues. Gives you a feeling of being home, I dunno how to explain it but other blues lovers would know what I mean. You feel at peace, content, warm. It's the only kind of music that's ever had such a strong impact on me. First time I heard it as a kid I had no idea what it was, but I knew I loved it.
T-Bone rocks. :)
I don't know -sipping some ice 'T', while you're tooling in your model 'T' on your way to 'T' it up - yeah, bone, yeah - Lord have mercy. s
@wrf1973 no need for that language. geez
t-bone The boss
The Blues is a feeling and a genre....
