Thai Food Cooking Tutorial : Yum Ta Krai (Spicy Lemongrass Salad with Cashew nuts)

A healthy Thai Food, Yum Ta Krai is one of my favorite. As same as many Yum recipe, the taste are sour and spicy.
There are 2 recipes for this food, this one is with meat and the other is without meat but dry shrimps. We usually eat with fresh betel leaves.
Main ingredient is lemongrass of course. it is good for our stomach and helps reduce uric acid, cholesterol, excess fat etc. Here's the printable version of this recipe so you won't have to write everything down.
The taste is just like how we eat in Thailand. if you like the stronger taste, just add 1 tbsp more of fish sauce and lime juice. If not, this recipe is already great! :)
