I just tried this recipe then. it's turn out a lot better than I expected!! It's different from other Thai cooking video here on YouTube. I mean it's "WORK"!!! I tried so many recipe with so many others cooking video.. It's doesn't really work Indeed,it's turn out so bad (taste bad). This is the best Tom yum kung recipe I have ever tried !!! Check out and try someday people!!

In Thailand we serve this with skin on, but when we eat we took it out ;-) (Skin will give you more favour)
