I made this today the beeeeest ever. The only difference i used coconut milk instead of evaporated milk.

In Thailand we serve this with skin on, but when we eat we took it out ;-)
(Skin will give you more favour)

Unfortunately I cant find any of the Thai ingredients except in Chicago, which is 3 hours away =(
