trent is the best of the three cos he does the accent best but the british billys are much better

I saw Trent, and he seems to be the better of the 3, David just learned English (he knew Spanish and french, and learned English for the show) so his accents a little weird for me, and Kiril seems too serious, they all are amazing, but Trent's still my favorite.

They're very good, but I like the British Billy's better

Actually Trent originally did Irish step dancing not ballet.

I love Billy Elliot, the movie was superb and the musical is everything I had hoped for-- and more. Now, I love "Electricity" as much as the next BE fan, but I feel as though the song is being beaten to death- it's the only number from the show performed 4 these TV shows. I wish they would showcase the other wonderful songs in the show, like "Expressing Yourself" (great song & dance number), or "Shine" along w/ "Solidarity." Love Electricity, but there can be 2 much of a good thing...

I completely agree...no other performance by a leading actor in a musical has been so challenging. All three boys have to be able to pull off a grueling triple-threat performance of dance, singing, and acting-- no small feat, even for an adult. I think even if it wasn't such a slow year for the Best Actor race (Gavin Creel is the only real competition in the category, and I doubt he'll win)-- the boys would be a shoe-in to win...
